We developed a custom web application to address these needs, utilising HTML, PHP, and custom CSS, supported by the Bootstrap framework. The application is flexible enough to include detailed team profiles, complete with hourly pay rates if needed. This feature allows for the automatic calculation of wages based on accurate clock-in and clock-out data. Payroll can be easily filtered by specific months or custom date ranges, providing efficiency and flexibility in managing payroll processes.
In addition to managing employees, the application also includes a comprehensive visitor log system. This feature enables the secure recording of all visitors entering the premises, ensuring accurate tracking for safety and compliance. Visitors can log in and out seamlessly, with the option to capture essential details like name, time of visit, and purpose. This feature is particularly valuable for businesses with high foot traffic or those needing to adhere to stringent safety regulations.
A dedicated admin interface was developed to allow for seamless management of team member records, work hour logs, and payroll data. Designed with ease-of-use in mind, the admin section offers a streamlined experience for managing clock-ins, clock-outs, and wage calculations.
To protect sensitive information, we integrated a secure authentication system using Auth0. This ensures that only authorised personnel can access admin functions, safeguarding the integrity of your operations.
