Firepit Rocks, a lively dive bar known for its vibrant atmosphere and eclectic mix of music, live sports, gaming and BBQ cuisine, sought to establish a strong brand identity that resonated with its target demographic—students and young professionals aged 18 to 30. From the outset, FirePit needed a partner that could not only create an American-inspired logo and branding but also evolve the brand as the venue grew, ensuring it remained fresh, engaging and in tune with its audience.
As Firepit Rocks’ trusted design and marketing partner since their opening, we were tasked with developing and continually updating their brand, creating a wide range of marketing materials and providing ongoing support to keep the venue buzzing with energy and excitement.
To bring Firepit Rocks’ vision to life, we embarked on a comprehensive branding and design project that encompassed a variety of elements crucial to the bar’s success.
We started by crafting Firepit Rocks’ initial brand and logo, drawing inspiration from classic American dive bars and sports venues. The design featured a grunge style with an American feel, perfectly aligning with their original theme. As the venue grew in popularity, we continued to evolve the brand, ensuring it stayed relevant and appealing to its target demographic.
Our design team created full venue signage, which included everything from exterior signs to bespoke custom wallpaper artwork. This artwork was a unique feature of the bar, showcasing a massive range of music albums and sports personalities that connected deeply with Firepit Rocks’ audience, enhancing the venue’s atmosphere.
We designed a variety of food and drink menus that not only highlighted Firepit Rocks’ signature BBQ dishes and cocktails but also aligned with the bar’s overall theme. Posters were also created to promote the bar’s various events and offers, using bold designs that captured the attention of patrons and passersby alike.
To keep the bar’s dynamic energy alive across all platforms, we developed a series of TV screen graphics and social media assets. These were designed to promote ongoing offers, special events and the venue’s lively atmosphere, ensuring consistent branding both in-house and online.
Beyond design, we provided continuous marketing support, helping them strategise and execute promotions that resonated with their audience. From student deals to special events, our efforts were focused on keeping Firepit Rocks at the forefront of the local nightlife scene.
