Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

• Created a dynamic template structure for events and offers, defining specific fields (e.g., date, time, description, ticketing information) to capture all necessary details.
• Ensured each event object adhered to this structure, providing consistency and accuracy in event information.

Elementor

• Designed a versatile page template with Elementor, ensuring that all listings were displayed with a consistent layout and styling.
• This approach provided a cohesive visual identity and improved overall user experience.

Event Categorisation

• Implemented a categorisation system with types such as ‘offer’, ‘event’, and ‘Christmas’, allowing users to filter and browse events by category.
• Developed an archive page to enable users to view events based on these categories, enhancing navigation and discoverability.

Location-Based Display

• Assigned events to specific casinos, multiple casinos, or the entire group, with dynamic display logic that ensured events were shown according to their assigned location.
• Improved the relevance of event listings by only displaying events pertinent to the viewer’s location.

The upgraded events framework system delivered notable improvements, including; enhanced user experience, streamlined event management from the ACF structure, improved visibility for location-based events, and increased engagement for ticket sales.
