Radisson Blu Hotels, a renowned hotelier group, enlisted Fenti for the launch of their new, flagship property in the heart of Sheffield. Being the first European hotel to open for Radisson Blu in a few years, this acquisition marked a major milestone for them – hence they wanted to create a real buzz!
The primary goal was to establish a strong social media presence from scratch and to organically grow their follower base, setting the stage for a smooth transition into paid social advertising.
After an initial discussion, we collectively decided on pre- and post-launch campaigns to achieve the most effective results and address all of their needs, from flourishing their social media positioning to gaining hotel bookings.
We developed a comprehensive content calendar focusing on the unique selling points of Radisson Blu Sheffield. This included the hotel’s modern amenities, stylish interiors, and prime location.
The Fenti social team conducted regular photo and video shoots at the hotel, producing engaging reels and captivating behind-the-scenes photos.
Adhering to the iconic brand’s guidelines, Team Fenti created artwork for social media posts, demonstrating our ability to design within strict brand parameters.
After organic efforts gained momentum on the social media channels, we transitioned to paid ads. With a set budget, we achieved maximum impact by targeting the right location, audience, and content.
Through teasers, brand awareness, engagement initiatives, collaborations, and high-quality content, we successfully grew Radisson Blu Sheffield’s Instagram and Facebook channels organically – setting the foundation for the paid ad campaigns. Fenti was able to build a vibrant social media presence to generate significant interest and engagement across a diverse audience base.
