We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Fenti has been shortlisted for Creative Business of the Year at the UNLTD Business Awards 2025!
This category celebrates creativity in all its forms across South Yorkshire – from digital agencies and studios to makers, cultural organisations, and innovators – so being recognised alongside such incredible local talent means the world to us as we approach our 15th year as a creative agency.

A year of creativity, growth, and innovation
2025 has been a big year for team Fenti! We expanded our Killamarsh HQ and opened our new city-centre collaborative space at Pennine Five, right in the heart of Sheffield’s Innovation Spine. This growth demonstrates not just how far we’ve come, but how much we love what we do and the people we work with. This year alone, we expanded our team by 40%, bringing together all of our bold and bright individuals who are bursting with new ideas and have curated a holistic workplace culture. We’re proud of our team, where creativity convenes, people listen, departments collaborate, and the love for creating visionary results is shared.
Creativity isn’t just about what we design – it’s how we think together, every day. Whether we’re running a national PPC campaign, building brand identity, or shooting engaging content for clients, we start every project with one simple question: “How can we do this differently, and better?”
Our curious nature as a team is the fire behind everything we do, from storytelling and strategy to the technology we build behind the scenes, such as developing our own innovative in-house tools, custom apps, and tech developments. Our approach is all about finding ways to connect people and deliver creative, driven results for clients across every sector.
Our culture is our creativity
At Fenti, we love to examine the details, observing doodles and snippets in our note margins to capture those drops of wisdom that each of us shares as a team. It’s in every conversation, brainstorm, and scribble on a whiteboard. We thrive on great synergy, a lot of laughter, and plenty of inquisitive “what if we tried this?” moments (and yes, our quiz marketing meetings still get a little competitive).
We’re super proud of how our people-first approach has supported and engaged our team into a group of people who love what they do, encouraging regular training, new opportunities, and a genuine sense of shared purpose that drives every success and spark of inspiration. We don’t just do things so that we can ‘stand out’, but rather to make a real, valuable difference in the way people work together.

Making a real impact
Over the past year, our work has helped clients achieve some incredible results, from significant growth in engagement and organic visibility to award-nominated creative campaigns that connect outstanding brands with their audiences in fresh, meaningful ways. Additionally, we use our resources for good by giving back and working alongside local communities, supporting initiatives, and uplifting those who make a positive impact in the wider community.
A word from our Managing Director
Being shortlisted for Creative Business of the Year is a massive honour and a real testament to the team’s hard work, imagination, and dedication.
Creativity is at the heart of everything we do at Fenti – not just in our designs or campaigns, but in the way we solve problems, support clients, and grow together. We’re now approaching our 15th anniversary, and this recognition is such a meaningful achievement on top of an incredible journey.
We’re proud to be part of South Yorkshire’s thriving creative community, and we’re excited to celebrate that alongside some truly inspiring local businesses.

The Future for Fenti
As we move into another year as a team, our goal and journey remain the same: to help brands grow through creativity, strategy, and innovation, and to keep challenging how creative agencies work together. Even as we continuously improve on our own strategy, we also want to keep raising the bar of what digital marketing in Sheffield (and beyond) can be.
We’d like to say a huge congratulations to our fellow finalists – Golf Fang UK, LensGo Visual Media, and Zawadi Café – and a big thank you to UNLTD Business for recognising the creative spirit that drives South Yorkshire forward.
Here’s to creativity in all its forms – to the people behind the ideas, and to a bright, bold year ahead!
