We’re now looking for a PPC Executive to join our team and help drive outstanding results for our clients.

The Role

As a PPC Executive at Fenti, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Alongside your core PPC responsibilities, you may also be involved in supporting SEO and organic marketing activity as needed — helping us deliver integrated, results-driven digital strategies for our clients. You’ll work closely with our wider team of designers, developers, and SEO specialists to create campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor, and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others).
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy and structure campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and KPI measurement.
  • Produce clear, insightful reports for clients, showing performance and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and the wider team to align strategies.
  • Assist the business development team with PPC proposals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.

Job Description

What We’re Looking For

  •  Hands-on PPC and Paid Social experience — agency background preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Google Analytics / GA4.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ad copywriting and campaign structuring skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and multiple projects.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Google Ads Certifications (current / valid).
  • Willingness to support SEO / organic campaigns when required.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of product feeds and technical PPC considerations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Data Studio, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Degree in a data-driven or marketing-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
